Mom of two adorable girls looking for a Female roommate to share our beautiful bath home. Our home has a 1 bedroom with private bathroom available for $ including all utilities deposit $. Our home provides internet, printer, laundry, room for storage in garage, front and backyard shared kitchen and living room space. We are close to shopping, interstate , American Community College for college students. I’m requesting verification of employment and references from other roommate situations. My girls and I are low key very routine I work and the girls go to school and in home daycare. We are wanting someone who can fit along with us because we are a family home. We have a cat named Gizmo. No other pets allowed
