Room with private bathroom for rent

I’m a year old female looking to rent out one of my rooms in my 4 bedroom house. I work remotely full time, so I’m home a lot. You’d get your room and bathroom as well as a space in the garage. I’m allergic to cats but open to small dogs in the house as long as they are up to date on vaccines and get alone well with other dogs as I have 2 small dogs of my own.
