Room for rent in N/W Longmont

We are currently looking for a mature short/longterm (at least 6 month) tenant for our newly renovated unfurnished basement in our split level home. There is 1 room available, private with a closet and a shared bathroom (shared only with the tenant of the other room), as well as a small kitchen with a regular sized fridge and a two-burner stovetop. We live upstairs and are looking for single persons only who are quiet, responsible and value their privacy. The house is in a residential neighborhood and street parking is available. We are seeking year contracts for $ per month and $ for utilities. The move-in fee is first and last month rent plus $ security deposit. A clean criminal record is required. No pets and no smokers please.
