Hello All,

The house is a .5 bath. I currently live in a room and use one of the bedrooms for an office/game room. There is the room pictured here as well as the 4th bedroom which is currently a spare bedroom or could be a study/office. There is also a back room/ Den that I don’t use much for extra space. I do have a dog.

Looking for a clean roommate comes with washer/dryer, utilities included, backyard, etc.
