- 1 bedroom (out of 3) available for move-in has amazing natural light, a shared bathroom (2 people), and a walk-in closet
- Rents for individual room is $
- Utilities not included in rent; these will be split equally among all 3 occupants (electricity, water, trash, wifi)
- Everything in the bedroom will be removed (no furniture included)
- Credit/background check will be required

- Must respect roommates and otherwise be sensible with loud music, etc. on weekends (and we will do the same for you!)
- No smoking inside the house, can smoke in the backyard
- Common areas include the living room, kitchen with all appliances, washer, and dryer, and backyard with some patio furniture and pool
- 2-car garage and plenty of street parking
