Entire apartment with ocean views

My self and my partner are taking off backpacking to South America for two months from the start of January to the end of February. We are looking to sublet our place while we are gone to cover some of our expenses. We will cover the utilities and it will come fully furnished. It's close to everything here in Monterey.
