1 bedroom available for rent in a bath house. Includes semi-exclusive bathroom (shared with occasional visitors). Kitchen access included with pantry and fridge space. Laundry access included (twice a week, Monday and Friday, negotiable). Street parking in front of house.

We ask that you are non-smoking, single person (no visitors), cat-friendly (we have one outdoor, super friendly cat), courteous and respectful of us and the house, and help maintain cleanliness. Your bathroom will be your responsibility and we expect it to be kept clean. Kitchenware, plates etc all need to be cleaned.

We are a couple in our early s. We recently bought this house and are looking to rent a room to help mitigate some extra expenses we have taken on. We are usually busy with work or doing things around the house so we mostly keep to ourselves, but we are respectful and kind people.

Rent will be $/mo, due in the first of each month. A $ deposit will be required as well, and will be returned at the end of your stay here so long as there has not been substantial damage resulting from negligence. We also ask for a day notice when leaving to allow us time to find a new tenant. Your deposit being returned may depend on us receiving sufficient notice.
