Located right near York University, and sitting right next to Sheppard West Station, whether you’re a student or a working professional, everything you need is nearby.

There’s a gym in the building, pool, underground visitor parking, and other event spaces that can be rented out. Some people rent out unused parking spaces here, so you could TRY to rent a spot in the garage if you have a car, but not guaranteed.

The room is a private bedroom with a private balcony for yourself with 9 foot ceilings, carpet, your own closet, and a locking door.

The shared spaces for both of us would be the kitchen and bathroom, with the kitchen having a table set up even just if you want a little morning nook. There’s a dishwasher to make things easy, and we’ve got a washer/dryer in-unit.

All utilities included in your rent! Use as much electricity as you want. lol

I’m the only one on the lease, so all we’d have to do is a roommate agreement for you!
