UTA Student needing a room

I am currently located near UTD and I am needing a place near UTA. My current budget is $ depending on the location, safety, ect. My current lease is up in December but I will break it if I can find a good place near UTA. I am autistic but most people can't tell. It just means I am hypersensitive to sound, a creature of habit, and I a nerd. :) I need a clean and safe space. I currently have a cat who I rescued who I'm trying to give away/rehome. The cat is the only reason I am in my current apartment but my COL just for a cat is around $ and it's WAY too much for me. I am a night owl and work through the night a lot. I study a lotttttt and rarely do much else but work/study.
