Hello! We are looking for a responsible, young professional to share our four-bedroom house. The room is private and the bathroom is shared with one other person, who is very clean and respectful.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors, centrally located in Reno. The house features a beautiful backyard with a custom patio and fire pit. Garage parking is available.

You will be sharing the house with three other courteous people. We do not use tobacco products and rarely consume alcohol, but we are open-minded and easy-going. Smoking is permitted outside.

The lease is for 6 months with a likely opportunity to extend.

A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
