Looking for private room to rent

Looking for private room to rent on the first or second floor with private bathroom preferred but not required. Utilities included. Looking for professional or disabled clean and responsible roommate/roommates. Property has to be safe, clean, bug and rodent free. With access to kitchen, bathroom, living room and outdoor spaces if any. Looking for polite roommates that mostly keep to themselves. I am a private polite person, I keep to myself, however I do socialize and sometimes joke around to show there are no weird vibes lol. Pets are ok as long as their not in my rental area. I do have friends and family that would come and visit me, maybe send the night sometimes. So I am looking for openness in that department. I am LGBTQ friendly and I love all skin colors and cultures. Furnished or unfurnished either way is fine.
