Private Bedroom in Del Valle

Description

My fiancé and I are looking for a roommate to split the rent with for our 1-story rental house. You would get your own room with a closet and use of the hallway bathroom. You would also get cabinet and fridge space in the kitchen, use of the washer/dryer, and space in our driveway for parking. The house has an open-concept kitchen/living room/dining room area and our bedroom is off of the kitchen. There is a nice backyard with a patio, and the neighborhood is quiet with lots of families. We are only about 9 min from the Austin airport.
My girlfriend and I both have office jobs, so we are out of the house most of the week and have the weekends free. We are a nerdy couple who like D&D and anime, and we love to DIY things. We have a dog and a cat, but the landlord won’t allow anymore pets, sorry! We are also a drug-free household.
We are looking for a clean and considerate roommate, preferably a woman or non-binary person, who is LGBTQ friendly. Couples are fine too.
Utilities and internet are included in the rent cost.
