I'm looking to share my home with only ONE other person. You will have your own Living Room/Dining Room (in pic) Bedroom, Office, Bathroom, and dedicated space in the garage. The shared areas include the Kitchen, Laundry, and Patio. My home is very clean, organized and calm environment. I am looking for a working professional who lives a calm, mature, and stable life. This is truly a house share where you are not confined to a bedroom. I can provide privacy for your Living Room if needed. This a great opportunity to live in a beautiful home for half the cost. I am currently working from home and it's okay if you do as well. This is a quiet environment without loud distractions. Redondo Beach is down the hill and great for walks!
