Renting one room with a Queen bed

Description

In search of a roommate, I have a fully furnished room available for rent in Duluth . The location is convenient, being near Jonh's Creek, at Luxure Apartments. The apartment features a shared bathroom and has a parking space available. Please note that pets and children are not allowed. As a tenant, you will have access to the kitchen and laundry facilities, and all utility bills (water, gas, internet) are included. Luxure Apartments also offer additional amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, and gym.

Currently, I live in the apartment with my oldest son who is years old. Additionally, every other weekend, my youngest son who is years old stays with me. This weekend, my mother is also staying here to assist me with taking care of them. I speak Spanish too
