Room available on the 1st

Hi I live with nineteen year old
daughter and our 2 dogs. We have a room that will be available on the first. We are hoping to find a kind chill roommate for the spare bedroom. Rent includes utilities, internet, water, sanitation, electricity, yard work, air filters, washer dryer use and trash pickup. Room can come furnished or unfurnished but will sell furniture if no response by the first. You will have to go through standard background and credit check with landlord.
