Room wanted: Sabin, King, Irvington

Description

I just need a place to lay my head near my daughter's house in Sabin. I will be splitting my time between her house and yours, as her mom/my ex travels frequently. I have a engineering job in town, and also a workshop where I go on weekends to do my creative side-hustles. I don't cook much, or watch TV. The loudest thing I do is sit on the porch plucking out some old tune on my dobro guitar. I'm a very respectful roommate who goes with the flow and is always trying to improve himself. I'm interested in teaming up with other house hunters or finding a room in a house that is a good fit.
