i don't have one, but... dogs are OK - wooof, but i'm allergic to cats.

Seeking a roommate, to find a place together.
ideally seeking a 2 bed, 2 bath.
ideally seeking a single person, but a couple might be OK.
looking for something under $3,600 split + utilities.

i have very good credit, no evictions, and have a security deposit ready.
i make 70k / year, salary.

I have a house-full of stuff - Livingroom, Kitchen, Dining Room (my own bedroom)
you need... minimal house furniture, your own bedroom stuff.

I have several potted, outdoor plants.

about me... 39, male, gay, professional, experienced roommate, clean, NO illegal drugs, occasional alcohol, omnivore, frequent cooking, no pets, non-smoker.

about you... generally any age/ race / orientation. NO illegal drugs.

I enjoy personal time, but also value a roommate who wants to cook / eat together, do chores together, play games / watch tv together... barbeque, and maybe even do things such as hike, etc.

you will need to provide 1/2 of the security, and be a cosignor on the lease.
no evictions on your record.
