I’m looking for someone to sublet my portion of my lease. I stay at the Landings at Houston levee and have my own room & bathroom. The complex is quiet and around of lot of stores. I do have a roommate and she does have a cat and dog, but they’re both small usually in her room and she takes her dog with her to work.
