About Our Home:

Spacious Living: With four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
Smart Living: Our home is equipped with Alexa for your smart home needs, plus a Ring security system and smart locks to keep things safe and secure.
Inviting Design: Tastefully decorated throughout, our home exudes warmth and charm.
Ideal Layout: All bedrooms and the laundry room are upstairs, while the downstairs features a bright kitchen, cozy family room, dining area, and a welcoming living room.
Available Bedroom: The upcoming bedroom is fully furnished with a desk, a full-size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a TV programmed for your convenience—just pack your clothes and move in! It is for single occupancy only and is not accepting pets, as we have a cat. You’ll share a bathroom with one tidy, friendly roommate, featuring dual sinks for personal space and a separated toilet and shower for added privacy.

About Us: I’m in the Navy and a passionate foodie who loves to cook! I enjoy exploring farmers markets, staying active, gardening, hitting the beach, and hanging out with friends. I have two easygoing teenage sons who keep busy with extracurricular activities, and my oldest is known for his delicious desserts! Our current roommate, Angie, is a nurse who works long hours, so you’ll have plenty of peace and quiet at home.

Our Vibe: We pride ourselves on maintaining a harmonious and respectful household. We keep things clean, quiet, and considerate while balancing socializing and privacy. We love to host dinner gatherings occasionally but prefer to keep it low-key otherwise. We’re looking for a roommate who can become a friend while respecting personal space.
