-Lease Term: Month-to-Month after a 6-month minimum lease term.
- Non-Refundable Background and Credit Check ($): Required for all potential roommates. (Last step on the list if everything checks out!)
-Respectful Behavior: Must maintain a respectful and considerate living environment.
