Hello! I'm looking for 1 female roommate for my home. The house is 3 bedrooms, 2 are already occupied, and now looking for a third female roommate to occupy the third bedroom.
The bedroom available has a bed and a small table. I recently renovated the living room and kitchen, and have created a cuter modern aesthetic than what it was before.

The rooms are ready for renting out asap.

Very safe neighborhood, near schools, restaurants, shopping areas, and grocery stores. Two car garage, driveway, and a big yard.

Will conduct a background check to ensure safety as well as verify income.
