Hello, I have a room available in the Dadeland Area. th Ave and Kendall Drive. . Miles from Dadeland Mall. LITERALLY. I had a successful roommate here from but she randomly moved to spain, so back on here. The room has a bed / bed frame, dresser, TV, etc etc but I can take it out if you want. We do have a shared bathroom but you have 2 closets you can use ... Utilities included but the Internet we will split. Other than that, you have access to the whole place, Family room, Full kitchen, office space, balcony, 3 pools...

I literally leave every morning at am and dont come back til about 8pm every night. Weekends I usually stay in. I dont bring people to the apartment. No parties or anything like that. I keep to myself when at home and dont attract attention with the neighbors.

Clean and easy going. Netflix and stay in most of the time. Occasional dinner and drinks here and there but nothing crazy.
