Looking for tenants= bedrooms

Hiiiii! I've had to make some edits to the original post as things have changed. I have rooms for rent in two homes for a September 1st move in.
I have 2 rooms available in my current residence. I'm actually looking for 2 people to come and take over the lease for September 1st. The landlords are looking for someone to sign the lease and it would be approximately $ per room. We're looking for a security deposit so it would be $ for one room(first month and security) or about $ for both rooms. I think my current ideal is to have one person in each room so that the bills are very, very manageable. If you are interested and available, the evenings this week after Tuesday are generally a good time for a tour.
There is one person in the first room who may or may not be staying(he did not sign the lease yet). He's also looking for a new job so if you have recommendations that would be great! He is an empathic person who is very interested in spirituality and having someone to meditate with, experience energy healing with or talk about games and technology. He just wants to exist without judgement.

The landlords are also looking for tenants for 3 bedrooms on the top floor of their home. They are asking for a $ security deposit plus $ for the entry/first month. I know that it is a 3 bedroom on the top floor of their house and that there is a washing machine and dryer available as well as parking on the street. I can acquire more information if you make an inquiry but I know that my landlord’s generally prefer people and over in their house. As long as you’re decent, pay the bills and can have some conversation here and there they may be open to you. Mostly quiet, decent people who always pay their bills on time is what matters most to them from my insights and experiences with them! No pets are allowed in either house as I understand it.
