Brand new mini refrigerator, brand new chest, brand new mirror, brand new rug and a desk with chair. Bathroom has rain shower that's very relaxing. Short or long term stay, working or attending college, you are welcome!

Surroundings must be kept clean at all times by cleaning up after yourself. MUST work outside of the home.

To minimize germs and excessive dirt, shoes worn outside must not be worn inside the unit. Shoes must be taken off by the door and be placed on shoe rack upon entering.

Rent of $ a month includes furnished Loft with huge walk in closet; hot and cold water, central air and heat, high speed internet access, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, access to the balcony from the livingroom area. Kitchen, dining area and bathroom will be shared. Access to all the beautiful amenities such as swimming pool, tennis court, gym, clubhouse and Amazon hub/locker. First come first served, free multiple off street surface lot parking available. $ per month for covered parking. Cleaning once per month.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Cash App or Zelle is preferred. NO overnight guests without my permission. We can discuss overnight guests if needed. NO pets please [allergic]. NO parties in the unit, drugs, smoking, loud music nor drinking allowed. You can book clubhouse for parties. Laundry next to the clubhouse. NO access to Juicer, blender or rice cooker. Access to stove for light cooking only, to microwave and toaster oven as well. You provide your food.
