I am a travel nurse and FNP student who has just moved into the St Pete area and have three vacant rooms available for short term ( months). This is a four bedroom and two bath home. Looking for like-minded FEMALE roommates, preferably students and/or professionals. This room will have a queen-sized bed with a mini fridge. I will be staying in the downstairs room. Upstairs Bathroom will be shared. Wifi and Water included in rent, with electricity being split amongst the number of tenants in the house. Keyless entry with own code set for the longevity of lease.

NO CATS at this time due to allergies. Accepting hypoallergenic dogs under twenty pounds and trained.
