Your own private room and bathroom

I’m looking for someone to add on to my apartment lease. I’m located off of State and Glenwood near everything you might need (grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, foothills, and a quick trip to downtown or BSU. Rent cost includes your own space that you’ll have to furnish (room and bathroom), washer and dryer, access to apartment amenities (pool, hot tub, hot and dry saunas, gym, game room, tanning bed, and hydro massage chair), use of living room gaming and TV systems, and you won’t have to worry about kitchen ware like plates, bowls, silverware, etc. because I already have them:). Power is the only utility that will be split between the two of us. I am looking for someone who keeps the shared living space clean, someone who is respectful, friendly and drama free. You will have to apply through my leasing office for a $
fee but no need for a security deposit.
To be accepted you will need to be in good credit standing, meet monthly income requirements, and pass a background check. I have two cats that keep to themselves and a dog who loves everyone he meets! I work most days but when I’m off I enjoy going out with my pup, watching a good show, or trying new recipes at home. I don’t have people over often but I don’t mind if you do as long as everyone is respectful of the space and quiet hours of the complex.
