We have a King and 2 Queen Bedrooms. All furnished and include mini frig, microwave, desk, chair, smart TV, dresser and private closet. One queen has private bath (unavailable) for $ monthly. King (unavailable) and other queen (available) has shared bath with one other tenant. Use of all common areas and community amenities. Home has a private hot tub, gym and movie room. Use of kitchen frig and extra garage frig. Also kitchen pantry space. We request you label your food. Our now smaller family including myself and my husband and our HS age son (who rooms separate downstairs from all upstairs beds) and our 2 spayed female 8 year old dogs. NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED. Tenant parking beside house on street. We do not tolerate excessive noise, drama or unclean and messy tenants. We respect your privacy and expect the same in return. The community is quiet and governed by an HOA. Only 2 entry points so only community traffic. Amenities include a pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. Fitness center below clubhouse. Picnic shelter with tables. Lovely interior walking trails and 2 access points to the Irish Buffalo Greenway. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping on property, inside or out. No night shift or remote work. We try to keep house running on similar schedules as possible. No overnight guests without prior request. No drugs! No drama!
