Hello, I am looking for roommates for a first-floor rental in Ocean City, NJ. Just steps away from the bay and a short walk to the beach/ boardwalk.

Rent is $ + utilities split between roommates.
(WILLING TO NEGOTIATE PRICE)

The apartment is furnished; you would only have to provide bedroom furniture.

A master bedroom and a smaller bedroom are available.
Yearly roommates are preferred; summer rentals are also available.

No smoking or pets allowed.
Good credit is required.
