The place has Independent entrance from house, and it is only available for the upstairs on the top of the house, completely separated from downstairs access with independent entrance only for upstairs, I enter on the back side downstairs your access would be on the front of the house straight with the stairs without downstairs access. The neighborhood is one of the safest in Houston without any crimes in the entire area, has the Pearland Town Centre Mall at minutes, many restaurants, shops, hospitals at 5 minutes as well. I have a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and another regular bedroom with the bathroom as well. The community has lakes with fountains and nice gardens and what not. It is located fifteen minutes to the University of Houston and Medical Center. I am looking for profesional people or students, I do background check. It has a large independent private kitchen, living room, entertainment and a gym area, you can also have access to the swimming pool and BBQ and all the community amenities. It is surrounded by lakes with side walks and the place has a view to the lakes, fountain and gardens that is very relaxing 😎
