You break something replace it. Simply responsible with some integrity. NO couples or shared rooms, NO smoking, No Drugs, No party, NO Girlfriend/Boyfriend, overnight guests/Freeloaders, ONE cat is welcome for a FEE.

-First month $ rent and security deposit $ DUE upon signing of month to month agreement.
