  - Must be employed.
  - I do 6 month contracts or month to month contracts.
  - Utilities Included: Electric, Water, Wi-Fi , and Security split 3 ways (possible 4 when all rooms are rented )with the roommates so everyone eats & saves money.
  - No Pets.
