The rooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment with the kitchen and living room separating them. The refrigerator does have a water filter and freezer with an ice maker attached. The apartment is around sq ft and has two bedrooms: one bedroom has its own separate entrance, and one bedroom is extremely long with two separate closets. Quaint kitchen, decently sized living room and bathroom that has a bathtub and shower as well as lots of storage space. Apartment has low ceilings and can be loud at times with footsteps, but in all its eccentricities, the apartment is a cute hobbit hole and a pleasant place to live (I lived there for 4 years before moving upstairs). Laundry available upstairs and a shared parking space with ample street parking. The backyard has a nice fire pit to sit around, a solid grill, and a cute garden.
