Room 2 Min to Beach - West Newport

Περιγραφή

Private, unfurnished room in a 4 bed / 2 bath townhouse in West Newport Beach, about a 2-minute walk to the sand at 68th St and the River Jetties. Were on the inland side of PCH near Orange St. Its quieter than the Peninsula, and theres plenty of street parking. The house has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, woodlook laminate floors, inunit laundry, and a white kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and a gas range. The room shares a full bathroom with a tubshower. Youd be living with 3 easygoing guys who all work full time, so weeknights are pretty chill. Were looking for a respectful, tidy roommate wholl be a good fit. Rent: $1,950/month + utilities (about $150-$200/month)
Deposit: $1,950 (one months rent)
Available: November 1 The landlord runs a standard background check on applicants (eviction and bankruptcy history).
