Looking for a drama-free, non-smoking, clean roommate to share my beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo in the desirable area. Close to Chinatown. And 15 mins drive to Strip. Rent is $850 per month, which includes utilities such as Internet, paramount +, Hulu on 65’ tv inside the room, water and garbage. Electricity will be shared between us. It is about $15 for winter and $40 for summer. The room is private, connecting your own bathroom and you don’t need to share with others. The condo also close to a lovely pool and hot tub. I am seeking a quiet and considerate housemate who does not smoke or use drugs. Proof of employment and references are required. I am a 30 years old male who is easy to get along with, flexible, enjoy gym and outdoor activities like swimming or jogging. I am currently taking time off from working as flight attendant for United for two years. I am looking for a respectful roommate who takes care of the living space and does not host loud parties, especially sometimes I might leave Vegas for months because of my job. You will be the only one helping me take care of my condo. There is ample parking available in the safe neighborhood. The move-in requirements include first month rent and $650 refundable deposit.
