-Heber is 37, a personal trainer that enjoys being active and having projects just as much as he enjoys board-games and movie nights. -Paul is 58, a mindfulness practitioner, who likes to cook and play board-games. -Eli is in his late 20's, and a musician. He is a night owl but quiet. He plays guitar and sings at home, but never too late. We're clean, considerate, and friendly people who love to socialize and have our alone time. We love animals but our landlord would prefer if we don’t have any pets at the house. A small well behaved dog might be negotiable. We all value clear communication and are generally fairly quiet. We love hiking, movie nights, music, cooking, board games, and the occasional DIY project. We enjoy hosting, generally for something small like board game nights, but sometime we will host party.
