The room includes a bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, lamp, carpet, and window A/C. Shared kitchen, living areas, laundry, Wi-Fi, and parking are available. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the $800/month rent. One shared bathroom. Ideal for someone looking for a comfortable medium-term stay. 3-month minimum preferred. Proof-of-income, renter’s insurance, and background check required. We’re two guys in our early 20s who enjoy having a welcoming, relaxed home. I’m a manager and founder at a local coffee shop and a senior at Liberty University. I enjoy art, coffee, music, working out, the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and growing in my faith. My cousin works at Great Wolf Lodge and enjoys cars, lego, being outdoors, church, and spending time with friends, family, and his girlfriend. At home, you’ll usually find me working on one of my businesses, doing schoolwork or music, or working out, while my cousin is often cooking, relaxing around the house, or talking with friends and family. We also occasionally enjoy walking to downtown Loveland together. We’re both easygoing and social, but we also value having a clean, peaceful home. Everyone contributes to the household by doing their own dishes, taking out the trash when needed, and cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces. Having friends over is fine and welcome, with respect for noise levels, cleanliness, and notice.
