Hi, I'm Justen. I'm a licensed locksmith working full-time in San Francisco (9 to 5), plus side work, so I'm gone a lot. Honestly, I mainly need a comfortable place to sleep and an easy commute to the city. I'm clean, respectful of shared space, and I pay on time.
Heads up on kids: I have my kids on weekends only. They're good, respectful kids who mostly play video games, so expect some gaming noise on weekends, not chaos. During the week it's just me. I want to be upfront so we're a good fit from the start.

Room in San Francisco or Oakland, ideally near BART
Budget: $1,500–$2,000/month
Parking for one car
Roommates who are cool with kids on weekends
Move-in: asap
Lifestyle:
Non-smoker, no pets
Single, and I may occasionally have a date over. Always respectful, never on weekends when my kids are with me
I prefer a quiet home most of the time, but I'm fine with an occasional get-together
