🏡 ROOMMATE WANTED – DECEMBER MOVE-IN Hello! I’m a 50-year-old, laid-back and social woman looking for a responsible roommate to share a townhouse with beginning in December. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and we’ll share the kitchen. The townhouse has two separate living spaces—a downstairs living area and an upstairs loft—so there’s plenty of room for us to have our own space. There is also an extra guest bedroom that we can both use when we have family or friends visiting. A little about me: I’m recently divorced and entering a new chapter in life. I’m looking to share expenses with someone who is mature, clean, respectful, and easygoing. I enjoy being social, but I also appreciate having a peaceful and comfortable home. Monthly Cost: $1,100
• $1,000 toward rent
• $100 toward utilities House Expectations:
• Must be clean and respectful of the home
• No pets
• No smoking inside — smoking is permitted outside
