Second Bedroom in Modern Penthouse

Περιγραφή

I’m looking for someone to share my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse apartment for about 6 months. I’ll be away for 3 of those months. Ideally a fellow gay nudist who's comfortable with a body-positive household, though what matters most is that we get along. The unit is a generous 1,100 sq ft, so there's plenty of space to move around without living on top of each other. You'll have full access to the shared living room and kitchen, plus an in-unit washer and dryer (no laundromat runs). Tandem parking is available too, including a charging unit if you drive electric. Move-in date is negotiable. I'm looking for a good balance of low-key and social: someone happy to hang out and connect, but who also respects quiet time and doesn't need constant company. What’s most important to me is that you're easy to live with: tidy, considerate, and a genuine team player rather than just a body in the room. If you clean up after yourself, communicate well, and want a home that feels shared rather than just occupied, let's talk.
