Two bedroom (room & loft) in Durham

Περιγραφή

Looking for a room-mate who doesn’t mind that I have two indoor cats! We can negotiate as to whether you’d prefer the main bedroom or the loft (listed $850 which is a rough even split after energy bill, but I think less for the loft or more for the bedroom is fair. Both rooms have dedicated bathrooms with tub & shower. Loft nook mattress included. 75’ TV with surround sound and most streaming services included. Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch included. Gigabit internet included. Couch and coffee table in main room included. Couch in loft included. All silverware, cookware, kitchenware, glasses, and cups included. Microwave, toaster, and kettle included. Dining room table included. Bathrooms are furnished. I am not home often during the day, and will be beginning classes at Wake Tech in January. I don’t smoke or drink. Really just looking for someone who is more on the lowkey side—definitely not a house party kind of situation, but guests are obviously fine so long as they’re respectful. 420 is fine on the porch if that’s your thing, but no tobacco please. I have about 9 more months on the lease. (The pictures are all from before furniture was added, though it is still fairly sparse. We can discuss additional stuff if you’d like to bring anything).
