This is the master bedroom, which has lots of floor and closet space. Comes with a clean king-size bed and a large dresser to get you started, with some extra furniture available if you’d like. Great natural light, a beautiful view of Red Mountain and the Roaring Fork Valley leading up to Aspen. The patio is my favorite place to kick back and enjoy these incredible views! Clean, quiet, cozy neighborhood. Seconds off I-70, minutes from downtown Glenwood, shopping centers, and big box stores that can be hard to find in these small mountain towns. All of our essential needs are met within a 5 minute drive. Activities are endless and only minutes away: - Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park
- Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, Yampah Vapor Caves Spa, and a few more local favs
- Sunlight Mountain Resort
- Glenwood Canyon, Hanging Lake, Historic mining sites
- Whitewater rafting and summer surfing the wave on the Colorado River
- Major hiking, biking, fishing, wildlife, etc. You’ll never be bored whether you like to move fast or take it slow! At the moment we have two working professionals, males in their 20s, clean and respectful. Only one will be sharing a bathroom with you; the other has his own downstairs. Shared laundry, storage, living room, and kitchen with a couple brand-new appliances. Central air/heat. Small but open and beautiful backyard.
