Hello, I made another post earlier but am reposting to change my budget. My name is Ian Pitkavish and I live in Encino right now with 3 roommates and want to move out in the San Fernando Valley to have my own bedroom and bathroom with maybe a kitchen, not needed just preferred. My budget is 500-1000 per month including utilities. I am respectful, I am well mannered and very clean. I work a part time job at chic fila and am in school 3 days a week.
