We are 5 adult roommates looking for one more chill, emotionally mature person - male or female. We are all kind, quiet & respectful of each other’s schedules. We have 2 full bathrooms - 3 people share one. (The one in the pic is the one the new roomate would share. The other 2 people are not on a morning work schedule so if you are you’d have the bathroom to yourself in the am) We have various backgrounds and are different ages. One male roommate - 44 (streamer & day job), 4 female roommates - 23 (grad student) 28 (post-doc therapist) 29 (nurse) 58 (me - driving Lyft/post career) Rent includes a parking spot, all utilities, high speed wifi, reverse osmosis drinking water system, household supplies (tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) washer and dryer, gas grill, mini split ac/heat units in bedrooms & central heat. Room can be furnished or not.
