Roomie Wanted: Private Garden Level

Howdy! I’m Abigail, and the doggo is Velvet. We’re looking for a new roommate to take over the garden level of our house just north of City Park. Velvet and I are super easygoing and keep ourselves busy. I’m a Design Director at a graphic design studio in RiNo and work on a hybrid schedule, so I’m in the office part of the week and home the rest. Velvet is a loving, playful two-year-old German Shepherd/Border Collie mix who absolutely loves other dogs. She’s kennel trained for when I’m not home and is a big part of the personality of the house. I’m originally from Montana and have been in Denver for about 10 years. After living alone in a downtown high-rise for a while, I realized I really missed having a home that felt more lively and communal, so I moved into this house with one of my best friends. She’s since moved back to her home state, but I’ve loved living here and would really like to keep the house going with the right roommate. The goal is to have a home that feels friendly and warm, with some sense of community, while still giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.
