Furnished (or unfurnished) space available in my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in a secure Midtown Sacramento building. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops and parks are all within easy walking distance. The Room + Apartment You’ll have your own bedroom and a dedicated bathroom just outside your room. It isn’t en suite, but it will essentially be your private bathroom. Both rooms are currently furnished, and I’m happy to remove the furniture if needed. You’ll also have full use of the kitchen, living room and common areas, plus: • In-unit washer and dryer

• Secure building access
• Free residential street parking with a permit Rent and Terms Rent is $1,100/month, including utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi and regular professional housekeeping. The security deposit is $300. The arrangement is month-to-month, with a preference for someone who plans to stay for a bit. Move-in timing is flexible. About the Household I’m a working professional who occasionally works from home. I’m easygoing and like my home comfortable, clean and welcoming. I’m happy to cook, watch TV or hang out occasionally, but I’m equally comfortable doing our own things. You’ll also be sharing the apartment with Charli, my very friendly Tibetan Terrier. She has free run of the apartment and will probably consider you part of her household, so liking dogs is important. Sorry, no additional pets. Who I’m Hoping to Find I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, communicative and easy to live with. Friends and occasional overnight guests are fine with advance notice, but this isn’t a party house. Single occupancy only. No smoking or vaping.
