Hi, my name is delsy. I am a 23-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in New York. My roommate and I are looking for a temporary room for a month or two whilst we tour apartments in NYC. We’re from California so we’d prefer to sign a long term lease in person. Our budget is $3000 and we would like to move immediately. We are super respectful & clean! Both UCLA graduates in 2025 & very career oriented:)
