Community has a seasonal outdoor pool. Lower level includes an additional living area with small fridge and microwave, small tv with streaming devices, fireplace, a private half bathroom, and access to laundry and patio. Shared spaces upstairs include kitchen and full bathroom. One designated parking spot is included. All utilities included (central A/C, heat, electric, water, sewer, trash, gas, wifi, some streaming services). No smoking/vaping or drugs in the home.
