Hey, I'm Greyson, a laid-back, respectful guy looking for a private room to rent in Yukon or Mustang. I'm easygoing, clean, no pets, and looking to move in as soon as possible.
I have first month's rent and the deposit ready at move-in. I'm currently between jobs and actively looking, so I'm happy to talk through references and anything else you'd like to know.
I'm home a lot, but I keep to my room for the most part unless we end up clicking and want to hang out. I'm not a morning person, so no noisy mornings from me. I stay up a bit at night, but I'm very careful about noise, so you won't hear me.
I'm looking for month-to-month with utilities included. Unfurnished is totally fine. Message me here and we can set up a time to meet.
