My roommates and I are looking for a female roommate to share the last room in our 4 BR/ 3.5 BA townhouse 🏡 in Annandale VA 22003, a beautiful neighborhood within minutes from I-495. Room is available late September with some flexibility
Size Roughly 11’x10’
Share bathroom with one roommate
Rent $1,025/ person including utilities Room is partially furnished with a bed frame, bookshelf, and a dresser. Mattress is offered from our previous roommate if wanted by Aug 10
After that, it will not be available Great location for those who go to school/ work in Fairfax County. 6 mins from I-495 8 mins walk from Bus stop to DC - line 29G
12 mins drive to GMU / 10 mins walk to bus stop line 29K 9 mins to INOVA hospital 7 mins to NOVA Campus Annandale 5 mins to Giant, CVS, Safeway, restaurants
10 mins to Merrifield You will have:
- Full access to kitchen, living room, and dining - In unit laundry. - Access to community pool
- Parking: non reserved spaces in the parking lot. Free parking We are looking for very clean, and respectful, friendly professionals 20s-30s. No pets sorry. No smoker or weed please. 12 month lease. Proof of income, rental history and verification, and 1 month rent of security deposit required. Rental insurance required upon moving in. Application and background check fees is $45-$50 will be deductible into first month of rent if move forward. There are some House Rules that we hope could be remained among all roommates:
- Please No Heavy Cooking (Frying, Strong Ingredients, Extended Cooking Time, etc.) If cooking or microwaving, must have ventilation fan on HIGH.
- No Smoking Marijuana or Tobacco (in or around the premises).
- Please Be Clean and Tidy (cleaning up after one’s self in the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and all other common spaces).
- Please No Loud Noises (door slamming, loud music, etc.) Guests should Be Known By All Roommates Before Visiting (this is for safety only; we are very easygoing:)
