The Space:
• Private bedroom with ample natural light.
• Private, detached bathroom.
• Shared access to a fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, and kitchenware provided).
• Shared living and dining areas.
Rent & Financials:
• Monthly Rent: $900/month.
• Total Move-In Cost: $1,950 (Includes first month's rent, last month's rent, and a $300 refundable security deposit. To make it easier, the deposit can be split into two $150 payments over your first two months).
• Utilities: Electric (PUD) and high-speed internet are split 50/50.
Household Rules:
• No Smoking / No Vaping: Strictly a smoke-free environment.
• No Additional Pets: There are already two resident cats living here who rule the roost, so no other animals can be brought in.
• Shared Responsibilities: Looking for someone willing to split the cost of household essentials (trash bags, soap, paper towels) and keep up with a light, shared chore routine to maintain our clean and peaceful home environment.
